I feel heavy. I eat too much for this past few days. I’m out of my diet. Tomorrow I will not eat rice, only at lunch time. I think I need to exercise like sit ups. I don’t want to get fat. Starting tomorrow I will pursue my diet session. I hope I can do it! I know I can do it because I don’t want to look chubby. Eww!!!
